Benjamin R. Pratt, Ph.D., MSW is an assistant professor of management with specialized training in social work and healthcare management. His research interests include work design, organizational inequality, organizational rankings, social judgments, organizational climate, and culture.

Experience
Most of Pratt's leadership experience has been in healthcare. In 2008, he was a social work fellow with the Leadership Education and Adolescent Health program at Baylor College of Medicine. After receiving his masters of social work degree, Pratt worked for the Veteran's Healthcare Administration in Salt Lake City where he was the Assistant Chief of Social Work services, working with social workers at VHA facilities in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho.
When not engaged in academic endeavors, Pratt provides independent consultation to organizations in healthcare and professional services.
