About
Andrew is a 2021 graduate of Seoul National University's Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS). His research specialization concerned, broadly speaking, the intersection of new media and public diplomacy. He was a Korean Government Scholar, selected and awarded by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED).
During his graduate study, he was a junior research fellow at the South Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Prior to this, he earned his Master of Arts in TESL from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he focused on technology enhanced language learning.
Andrew is a proud two-year alum of City Year, an AmeriCorps program, with which he tutored and mentored Title 1 middle schools students. He is passionate about public service, international study, and citizen diplomacy.
