About
Cierra Thomas is a Tulsa native with roots in Edmond, Oklahoma, and Poughkeepsie, New York. She is a self-motivated leader with six years of experience working with diverse populations to improve and implement community programs aimed to increase awareness of civil rights and educational opportunities.
After earning her bachelor's in anthropology from Vassar College in 2016, she entered the workforce with curiosity and open-mindedness. Currently, she is pursuing a master's in public and nonprofit management at the University of Central Oklahoma. Her passion for studying unjust and discriminatory practices in education systems, job markets and judicial systems led her to work in governmental roles providing services to the public.
Miss Thomas's mission is to support communities in dire need of assistance by promoting legitimate organizations that are committed to uplifting marginalized groups through financial and educational opportunities.
