About
Ronda McNatt serves as the director of career development. She received a B.A. in psychology from Oklahoma State University and an M.S. in HR: rehabilitation counseling from East Central University. She joins the UCO team bringing more than 20 years of experience in higher education, vocational and career counseling in the government agency and private sector, and as a former business owner and entrepreneur. Her passion revolves around facilitating connections and providing guidance to assist individuals to reach their goal, identifying their potential and entering their dream career. She is a wife, mother of four and GiGi to the most precious grandson. McNatt has embraced the Broncho Pride and can be seen many days of the week sporting Bronze and Blue!
