Campus buildings reopened to the public effective July 1. Services are available virtually or by appointment only. Visitors should reach out to individual departments regarding appointments. Louis Furmanski, Ph.D.
Louis Furmanski received his B.A. in Comparative Communist Studies from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and his Ph.D. in Political Science from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. Academic specializations are in the fields of American Foreign Policy, International Relations, International Law, and Security Studies. He was an American Association for the Advancement of Science Fellow in Science, Arms Control, and National Security, and is a member of the East – West Center Association, Honolulu, HI.
