Dr. David Noel is a professor of Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) for the College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma. He also serves as the network manager for the College. He has degrees in Engineering, Statistics, and MIS. Dr. Noel is starting his 45th year of teaching at the college level. Among other things, he has served as an expert witness in several legal cases, has managed a commercial database, and is a standing member of the Major Field Test (MFT) in Business Test Development Committee sponsored by Educational Testing Services (ETS). Dr. Noel oversees both the quantitative methods and information systems portions of the exam. He is also a member of the CLEP Information Systems and Computer Applications Committee sponsored by College Board.

Ph.D. in MIS from Arizona State University

M.S. in Statistics from Texas Tech University

MBA from Western Illinois University

B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois university
