Charles Hughes, Ph.D.
Dr. Hughes earned his PhD at the University of Georgia studying the hyperspherical formulation of relativistic few-body problems. He arrived at UCO in 1993 having held previous positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Arkansas State University. Over the past 25 years, he has served as Assistant Department Chair, Associate Dean of the College of Mathematics and Science, and Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness. He currently serves as chair of the Department of Engineering and Physics.
