Ines is a University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) Alum. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Education degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Training and Development. Ines began working for UCO in 2001 in the Human Resources division and has worked for the College of Fine Arts and Design since 2003.

Ines serves as director of the Oklahoma Center for Arts Education, a division of the College of Fine Arts and Design. She oversees recruitment and retention for the College and is an academic advisor for the College of Fine Arts and Design Education majors.
