Thomas Turner, Ph.D.
Thomas Turner, Ph.D. is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Central Oklahoma. He earned a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at Iowa State University in 1987.
Dr. Turner has been employed by the IBM Corporation, Rockwell International Corporation, Collins Avionics Divisions, and The Boeing Aerospace Company.
While working for IBM, Dr. Turner was the project leader and technical designer for the AS/400 Source Debugger among other assignments.
At Rockwell International, Dr. Turner designed modifications for the CAPS-6 Real Time Executive.
At the Boeing Aerospace Company, Dr. Turner designed tabular displays for the Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS - E3A) aircraft.
