Andrea Curtis

About
Andrea was born and raised in Oklahoma and loves hiking, camping and exploring this beautiful state with her husband and three boys.
She is a former naturalist at the Oklahoma City Zoo, where she traveled statewide with zoo animals to teach children and adults the importance of science and conservation. She enjoyed participating in research projects such as monarch butterfly tagging, horned lizard tracking and Sumatran rainforest protection.
Why she teaches: She’s a full-time, stay-at-home mom and a full-time online educator. She understands the importance of time management and the difficulties of balancing work, school and family. She loves meeting students with the same challenges and helping them achieve their academic goals.
