Yadira Reyes-Pena

About
Yadira Reyes-Peña is a lecturer for the organizational leadership program, in the Department of Adult Education and Safety Sciences. She has years of experience in supervision, management, training and development, and food and plant safety.
Reyes-Peña also adjuncts for the College of Liberal Arts in the sociology department, where she teaches introductory sociology courses.
Yadira is a UCO alumna who is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that shaped her.

Interests
Reyes-Peña's academic interests include: low-income, first-generation college students, academic and non-academic factors influencing student success, sense of belonging, and all things DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion)
