About

Andrea Brenner currently serves as the chemistry and biology academic advisor; helping students navigate their path through higher education. In this role, she assists students with class planning and understanding how their degree can help with their career/academic goals.

Brenner was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in zoology in 2010. Since graduating, Brenner spent 12 years working as a bird and animal ambassador zookeeper (which included field partnerships with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation) and one year as a field and laboratory technician with the University of Oklahoma.

Interests

In her spare time, Brenner enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, hiking, writing and reading with her two cats.
