About
Dini Homsey is the UCO MBA Program Director and an associate professor in the marketing department. Her research interests include how cultural messaging affects organizational socialization and the meanings of work. Her publications appear in both edited books and academic journals. A 2013 winner of the Vanderford Distinguished Teacher Award, she brings to the classroom a wealth of professional experience in the area of nonprofit business communication in both public and private sectors.
