About

Alex started her journey at UCO as a practicum student in the Center for Counseling and Well-Being (CCWB) in August 2015. She now serves as assistant director and oversees the office of Health Promotion within CCWB. You will often find Alex with her furry companion coworker, Kevin the Greyt, UCO's first therapy dog within Broncho Barkers. Kevin the Greyt has been employed at UCO since April 2017. Alex also is an adjunct faculty member within Kinesiology and Health Studies. Alex is married to her and Kevin’s favorite human, Brandon. Alex enjoys spending time in nature, adventuring and seeing the world and working out. On campus, you can find Kevin and Alex hanging out in their office in Thatcher Hall 332 or getting ear scracthies (Kev) by faculty, staff, and students around campus.
