UCO has temporarily shifted most in-person classes to synchronous virtual delivery through Jan. 31. Campus facilities and services will remain open and offer in-person and virtual options. COVID-19 protocols remain in place. Masks are required on campus when around others. Students, faculty and staff who are directly exposed to or test positive for COVID-19 should fill out UCO's COVID-19 Self-Reporting form. Assistant Director Student Conduct
Rod Costner is the assistant director for the Office of Student Conduct.
Rod was raised in Alabama and Florida, but has now spent over half of his life in the great state of Oklahoma. For his first 4 years at UCO, Rod was a campus police officer and enjoyed many aspects of that position. In 2013, he came to work in the Office of Student Conduct and in 2017 was named assistant director.
He received his BS from Mid-American Christian University and earned his Masters Degree in English at UCO.
For Rod, the greatest part of working at UCO is engaging with students and being a part of the campus community. He also is an avid filmmaker and has shot one documentary and two narrative short films on the campus.
