Director Dietetic Internship
Katy Soper, MS, RD/LD currently serves as the Dietetic Internship Director in the Nutrition Department. She also teaches both undergraduate and graduate level classes; and she is the advisor for the Food and Nutrition Club on campus. Katy graduated with both her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Management and her Master of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. Katy is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Oklahoma District Dietetic Association.
