Taro Iwase is a Graduate Admissions Counselor in the JCGS where he has served in this role for two years. Previously, he served at the Office of Global Affairs as a student worker for two years. In his current role, he is responsible for processing graduate admissions applications (including the teacher certification program) and promoting graduate programs for the College of Education and Professional Studies. He closely works with the Director of Graduate Admissions in the College of Education and Professional Studies on students’ admissions, enrollments and retention. Also, he has experience with handling immigration documents and answering international admissions questions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Japan, and a master’s degree in public administration from UCO.
