About
Katherine Ferrell first began working for UCO in 2012, going into advising in October 2017. She began working with the Forensic Science Institute in January 2021, assisting forensic science students through the complex dual degree program.
Katherine loves working with UCO students, having been a UCO student herself! Her main goal is to help you navigate through your academic journey. She aims to meet you where you are and help you plan your next steps forward.
Education and Certifications
Katherine Ferrell earned her Bachelor of Music Education in instrumental education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Interests
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys playing video games, crocheting and making music. She has an equally artistic and nerdy husband, as well as an impressively fluffy cat. "Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved." — Pooh, Winnie the Pooh
