Director of Student Success & Retention

About

Niccole Miller has a Doctor of Philosophy in educational leadership and policy studies from Oklahoma State University. She serves as the director of Student Success and Retention for the College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). Niccole is primarily responsible for the Student Success Center, the College of Business Testing Center, college curriculum and assessment, and college policy and compliance with university policy. She has been with the College of Business since July 2014 and at UCO since February 2012. Niccole also serves as an adjunct professor at UCO. Her research interests include student-athlete transitions, athletic identity, college to career transitions, leadership and pedagogy.
