Important Update:

The University of Central Oklahoma physical campus will be closed to all but essential employees beginning at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 26, through at least April 15. Director of Student Success & Retention


Niccole serves as the director of Student Success and Retention for the College of Business. She is primarily responsible for the Student Success Center, the College of Business Testing Center, college curriculum and assessment, and college policy and compliance with university policy. She has been with the College of Business since July 2014 and at UCO since February 2012. Niccole also serves as an adjunct professor at UCO.

Niccole is currently working on her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies with an option in Higher Education at Oklahoma State University.

Classes Taught

Niccole has taught UNIV 1012 Success Central and FMKT 4343 Image Building for Job Success at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) and MGMT 3133 Developing Management Skills at Oklahoma State University. She also participates in directed student learning activities through the supervision of student internships and graduate assistantships in the College of Business at UCO.
