Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for Student Success

About

Niccole Miller serves as the senior director of strategic initiatives for student success in the College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma. She is primarily responsible for strategic initiatives in the areas of recruitment, retention, and student success, in addition to college academic policy and compliance with university policy. Miller has been with the College of Business since July 2014, and at UCO since February 2012. She also serves as an adjunct professor at UCO. Her research interests include athletic identity, college-to-career transitions, leadership, and mother doctoral students.
