Campus buildings reopened to the public effective July 1. Services are available virtually or by appointment only. Visitors should reach out to individual departments regarding appointments. Stockton Duvall currently serves as the public affairs specialist for the Office of Communications and Public Affairs. Prior to joining the Public Affairs team, Stockton served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Madagascar teaching English at the middle and high school level. Stockton is a University of Central Oklahoma alum, earning his bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Leadership. As a student, Stockton was actively engaged in various organizations such as UCO Student Association, Public Affairs Task Force, Leaders of Tomorrow and TEDxUCO cultivating a passion for public policy. Part of Stockton’s experiences in these roles included advocating for students with community and legislative leaders. Stockton lead student groups at the Capitol and participated in multiple advocacy initiatives.
As the public affairs specialist, Stockton will assist in tracking legislation impacting the UCO community. Stockton also supports education and engagement opportunities for students, faculty and staff to participate in the legislative process.
