Ryan Kiggins, Ph.D.
Ryan Kiggins, Ph.D., has published on US internet governance policy, US cybersecurity policy, and, more broadly, a number of articles and chapters situated at the intersection of information technology, global security, and global political economy. As a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at the University of Central Oklahoma, United States, since 2015, he teaches courses in the areas of international relations, public policy and technology, political theory, and American government.
