Assistant Director Parking Admin
Jennifer is currently serving as the Interim Director for Transportation and Parking Services. She joined TPS in August 2015 as the Office Manager & was named Assistant Director for Parking Administration in September 2017, overseeing day-to-day operations of the administrative office. In this role Jennifer is responsible for customer service, appeals, billing, citation management, and supervision of office staff. Jenn is also our resident IT expert on our parking management software, looking for ways to improve its function and working with our vendor. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Jennifer is a member of the National Parking Association and the International Parking Institute.
Education and Certifications
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Spanish from OU in 2004.
