Teaching Philosophy

I believe 1) learning is a life-long experience. It is more important to develop the students' ability in learning and critical thinking compared to what they have learnt; So learning by doing is the key; 2) every student can make success in their academic performance through efforts and encouragement regardless of  age, experience and etc. So I value each student's input.
