About

Brian Butler earned his BFA from Stephen F. Austin State University, in Nacogdoches, Texas in 2014.  While finishing his degree, he completed an internship with Rose Bruford College in Sidcup, Kent, UK in 2013, working as a draper and stitcher for two London theatre productions. After graduating, he went to Purdue University where he earned an MFA in costume design. His greatest passion is to help students nourish their passion for costume technology and design, helping them grow into the best they can be. He currently is the costume shop manager at the University of Central Oklahoma
