UCO Priority Enrollment for Current Students Opens, March 20

The University of Central Oklahoma will open fall 2023 priority enrollment for current students, beginning March 20—which is earlier than previous years.

Priority enrollment is based on earned credit hours and does not include courses in progress. Enrollment is based on the number of hours students have earned at the time their enrollment window opens.

“Enrolling early helps students maintain momentum toward graduation,” said Samantha Kramer, Ph.D., senior director of retention and completion at Central.

“It also reduces the stress students feel when they start seeing classes filling up quickly and realize they don’t have a plan for next semester. Priority enrollment sets our students up for success.”

To enroll, Bursar account balances cannot exceed $1,000 unless the student is up to date on their current payment plan. Balances of $2,500 or lower will not prevent registration for students on an updated, current payment plan.

Students are encouraged to meet with their corresponding academic adviser to discuss class options and schedules. Appointments are available at www.uco.edu/advisement, with walk-ins accepted from 1-4 p.m., March 20-31.
